Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Inside Sales Manager to a credit market company with a turnover of approximately SEK 3 billion. The company, which is part of a larger group, intends to change its sales culture from reactive to proactive.
Main duties:
- Together with the management team and primarily the Sales Director, develop a new sales strategy.
- Proactively work to change the sales culture from order taking to proactive
- Through the sales managers, operationally lead the sales team consisting of approximately 45 employees.
To be eligible for the role:
- Similar change journeys have been carried out within the banking/finance industry.
- Ability and willingness to work strategically and no problem working operationally and sitting in on sales calls, for example.
- Skilled and unpretentious communicator
- Ability to generate enthusiasm and energy in a group that has not worked proactively with sales
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and will start no later than mid-August and continue until the end of the year. There is a possibility of extension. If you can start earlier, that would be an advantage. There is a possibility of vacation from around mid-July to mid-August.
