Interim Delivery Manager

Main duties:

• Coach and develop team leaders and group managers through operational leadership, communication, and prioritization to build structure.
• Be a present and solution-oriented support for group managers in their daily operational decisions.
• Lead, participate, and be physically present in daily work.
• Distribute tasks in real time to employees directly on the floor.
• Work actively to avoid bottlenecks by collaborating closely with the picking and delivery teams.
• Systematic safety work.
• Follow up on key figures related to delivery, e.g., lead time from arrival to warehousing.
• Participate in staffing planning and scheduling in collaboration with skills and operations.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have documented experience in leadership roles within warehousing/logistics, preferably specifically inbound delivery.
• You have strong leadership skills and experience of managing other leaders—e.g., team leaders—and are confident in setting structure and direction.
• You thrive in operational environments where you are close to the business and can make decisions quickly.
• You are a clear but unpretentious leader who builds trust through presence.
• Have a good understanding of ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Astro WMS, or equivalent)
• Experience of introducing structure into fast-moving environments is considered a strong merit.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably English.

About the process:
