Interim Purchasing Manager

In the role of Interim Purchasing Manager, you will be operationally responsible for and work with purchasing. You will also be responsible for mapping and analysis in the transformation from traditional wholesaler to fully integrated retail chain.

Main duties:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for purchasing activities with a handful of employees.
• Analyze processes and structures ahead of transformation into a fully integrated retail chain.
• Analyze processes and structures prior to implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Evaluation of cooperation between purchasing and the category department.

To be eligible for the role:

• Recent experience from similar assignments/employment as Purchasing Manager in a retail company with a turnover of around one billion
• Experience of being responsible for and driving transformation work in retail.
• Experience in organizational development.
• Experience implementing new processes and structures in an ERP system change.
• Ability to handle both strategic and operational tasks.
• Experience of structures and processes in medium-sized and large companies.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
