Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HRBP to a company located in Gothenburg.
Main duties:
- Implement programs to reduce sick leave.
- Improve both the physical and psychosocial work environment.
- Coach managers in everything from recruitment to termination
- Assist in establishing a new approach for employee reviews, as well as activating the HRM module in our HR system.
- Develop and harmonize routines within systematic occupational health and safety work.
- Facilitate salary reviews and negotiate with trade unions
- The job involves some travel to different sites to improve the working environment.
To be eligible for roles, you must:
- Many years of experience in the role of HR manager/HRBP
- Experience from change environments
- Driving force in business HR
