Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim HRBP to a billion-dollar company based in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Support the HR team (approx. 3 people)
- Managing organizational change
- Conducting and managing union negotiations
- Contribute to various projects
- Reports to HRBP Lead
- No responsibility for staff
To be eligible for the role:
- Requires experience from a similar role and larger companies
- Accustomed to organizational change and change management
- Experience in union negotiations
- Knowledgeable about labor law
- Experience working with both blue-collar workers and white-collar workers
- Experience in leadership/management is an advantage
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish/English, both spoken and written
- Relevant academic education or equivalent
