Interim HRBP

Main duties:

• Support the Swedish organization and Chief People Officer in HR matters.
• Actively contribute to developing the HR function, where support for the business is fast, efficient, developmental, and business-oriented.
• Manage and run small projects independently.
• Challenge existing sales culture and sales managers through a questioning and developmental approach.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with an understanding of the entire HR process.
• You need to be highly self-motivated and able to challenge and question the existing sales culture.
• Ability to drive projects, delegate, and build presentations (PowerPoint).
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.

About the process:

The assignment, which is a parental leave replacement, is full-time and starts at the end of April and is expected to last 6-9 months.
