Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR Partner to a healthcare and nursing company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Support and coach managers in individual cases, labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and leadership
- Provide expert support in agreements, labor law, and collaboration issues
- Drive development work in the areas of work environment, employee and organizational development, and change management
- Monitor and analyze HR data and key performance indicators
- Contribute to management teams with both operational and strategic HR issues
- Support activities in skills provision and personnel economics.
To be eligible for the role, you should have:
- Several years of experience as a business-oriented HR partner – preferably in healthcare or other personnel-intensive industries
- Experience of management team work and trade union issues
- Ability to coach managers in complex individual cases
- Unpretentious and appreciates switching between operational and strategic issues
- Academic education in the field of HR
- Good at building trusting relationships
- Calm and stable even in stressful situations
- Analytical, structured, and good at prioritizing
- Communicative, responsive, and pedagogical in your approach
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start in mid-November 2025 and last for approximately nine months.
We will present candidates to the client on November 13, and interviews with the client will take place on an ongoing basis thereafter.
