Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim HR Manager to a manufacturing company based in Eskilstuna and Stockholm.
Main responsibilities:
- Operational HR Manager responsible for the Swedish organization
- Close collaboration with and reporting to the HR Director
- Internal HR support, business support, general organizational issues, and union negotiations
- Drive performance management
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in a similar role, HR Manager, Senior HRBP, Senior HR Generalist.
- Experience in project and process management.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in negotiation, union negotiations, and overall organizational issues.
- Experience working in international operations.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to be full-time (100%) for approximately 12–15 months, starting on October 1. Location in Stockholm and Eskilstuna.
We will present candidates in week 34, and interviews with the client company will take place at that time.
