Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim HR Manager to an exciting company within FMCG.
Main responsibilities:;
- Responsible for all HR at the company, both operationally and strategically
- Personnel responsibility for 5 people
- Act as support/advisor to the CEO, management team, and line managers
- Manage a number of HR-related projects and implement some change initiatives
To be eligible for the role;
- Many years of experience as HR manager with personnel responsibility
- Accustomed to participating in management teams and acting as a sounding board for the CEO
- Extensive experience in dealing with and acting within labor law, leadership development, and corporate culture
- Extensive experience in driving HR-related development projects and activities
About the process;
The assignment will start at the beginning of April, is full-time, and is planned to last for 5 months. We will present candidates on March 19, and interviews with the client company will be conducted shortly thereafter.
