Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR manager to a large company with 350 employees.
In the role of interim HR manager, you will join a group where you will be responsible for overall HR work within your area.
To be eligible for the role, you must have at least 10 years of experience working as an HR manager. You have broad HR expertise, have served on management teams, worked with union negotiations, preferably on the collective side, and have strong skills in talent acquisition. As a person, you are strategic and analytical, but at the same time an operational doer who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You will lead a small team and report to the company's business area manager.
About the process:
