Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR Manager in Sweden for a Finnish billion-dollar company and a leader in the Nordic transport industry. The assignment is remote, with the requirement to be on site in Västerås or Örebro during the introductory period. The client has acquired companies in Sweden and is looking for an operational senior HR Manager. You will report to the Finnish HR Director.
Main tasks:
- You will be responsible for two facilities with approximately 25 employees.
- Build HR processes from scratch and implement existing HR systems.
- Manage salaries, contracts, and bonus systems.
- Support managers in personnel matters and labor law.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have solid experience in developing HR processes and procedures.
- You have experience working in an operational capacity and are independent.
- You have experience in labor law.
- You have experience working with collective workers and white-collar workers.
- You have worked with English as the corporate language.
- You must be able to travel between Örebro and Västerås when necessary.
- Finnish language skills are an advantage.
