Interim HR Manager

Main duties:

• Develop, implement, and ensure HR policies, guidelines, and system support.
• Drive change, organizational development, and strengthen corporate culture and values.
• Responsible for recruitment, induction, and skills development at both employee and management level.
• Ensure a safe working environment, handle labor law issues, and manage salaries and benefits.
• Have responsibility for personnel and budget, and contribute statistics, reporting, and decision-making documentation.
• Participate in and drive various HR-related projects both nationally and within the group.

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience of strategic and operational HR work in a senior position.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Proven experience in organizational development and change management.
• Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Experience with budget and personnel responsibility.
• Experience with digital HR systems.
  
• Ability to work both at a strategic level and closely with the business in day-to-day operations.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting on December 1, and is expected to last for approximately 12 months. The assignment will be carried out on site at the office in Malmö.
