As HR Change Lead, you will drive and lead the HR stream in global transformation programs and be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing various HR deliveries linked to major business transformations. You will be part of a central project team and are expected to work with various colleagues and experts both in the business and within the global HR organization.
Main duties:
- Project manage HR deliveries together in a central project team responsible for the transformation of new workflows, systems, and business processes.
- Analyze, coordinate, and consolidate various change initiatives from an HR perspective and, together with various HR managers, drive and execute the plan.
- Develop communication materials, management support, and relevant elements to generally support a positive change experience.
- Coordinate work meetings and workshops and provide daily support in communication with various stakeholders.
- Build strong collaboration by coordinating relevant managers and HR colleagues around relevant HR deliverables.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience in driving and coordinating the HR agenda in business transformations and processes in international operations
- You are an experienced project manager in HR in a global environment
- You are attentive, communicative, structured, and a leader.
- You work skillfully in an operational capacity with a strategic outlook.
- You speak and write business English fluently
