Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Business Partner to a global, world-leading industrial company in Gävle.
In your role as interim HR Business Partner at our client, you will coach, support, and challenge managers and leaders in all HR processes in an operational and strategic manner, as well as contribute to the business with an innovative HR perspective.
Main duties:
- Be involved in ongoing project and development work within the function.
- Labor law, e.g., cooperation/negotiations with trade unions.
- Performance and Talent Management.
- Organizational development and change management.
- Skills development / skills supply issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- Do you have extensive knowledge and experience of working broadly with HR processes and are you motivated by supporting managers and employees?.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR work, such as labor law, rehabilitation, leadership, and performance management.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Furthermore, we would like to see that you also have a university or college education in HR or equivalent.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in April and last for approximately 5 months. The starting point for the assignment is physical placement at the customer's premises, but with some flexibility for remote work a few days per week.
