Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Head of Production/Site Manager for a listed distribution company in the municipality of Enköping.
Main duties:
- Head and leader of the site
- Lead and develop Supply Chain operations
- Develop and refine new processes and working methods
- Responsible for budget and follow-up
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Many years of relevant work experience in senior positions in warehousing/logistics and as site manager
- Many years of experience as a coaching leader in a large warehouse/distribution operation
- Experience in regulated activities
- Experience of change management
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
About the process:
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last at least 6 months, with the ambition of permanent employment. The assignment will start in January 2023.
