The company will merge two departments: service and supply chain delivery. This will become one department headed by a Service Delivery Manager. Personnel responsibility for 20-25 people. To be eligible for the position, you should have a background as a civil engineer, experience as a service and supply chain delivery manager, and the position is part of the company's management team.
To be eligible for the assignment, you must:
- who is a good leader who can motivate, engage, and understand staff and their challenges
- Experience from start-ups, as this means that personal initiative and drive are key, but also more mature operations to contribute structure and experience.
- that you have worked with ISO 900 and security issues that are part of your daily work
- Experience in strategic purchasing is a plus
- Civil engineering background and experience as a service and/or supply chain delivery manager
- international experience and ability to lead staff in different markets and countries
