Interim Head of Marketing & CRM

Main duties:

• Lead and ensure progress in a changing organization
• Responsible for strategic and operational management
• Responsible for digital marketing and possibly product
• Continuously develop and optimize customer offerings
• Personnel responsibility for 10-15 employees in Marketing, CRM, and possibly Product
• Member of the business area management team

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Experience from similar assignments or recent employment in companies with modern digital business
• Experience in identifying and driving development in digital marketing and ideal products
• Experience with CRM and large customer bases
• Documented leadership experience
• Good knowledge of English and fluent in Swedish

About the process: 

The assignment (2248) is expected to last six months, starting on November 29. We will present candidates on November 24, and interviews with the client company will take place on November 25.
