Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Head of Group Business Control for a billion-dollar industrial company headquartered in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities:
- Business plan
- Budget and forecast
- Reporting and analysis of the Group's results
- Be responsible for and follow up on the company's ongoing projects
- Provide consultative support to the business as needed
- Detailed and overall analysis
- Assisting the entire company with ad hoc analyses
- Reports to the CFO
- Personnel responsibility and has a directly reporting Business Controller
- Contacts within the company, group management, and Head of Business Control in each business area
Previous experience and personality:
- Experience as Head of Business Control or Senior Business Controller in large companies
- Analytical
- Team players who build trust within the organization
About the process:
The assignment will start no later than October 1 and is expected to last for 5 months at 100 %. We will present candidates to the client company on an ongoing basis, and client interviews will take place in connection with this. Are you available and interested? Apply as soon as possible!
