Interim Head of Compensation & Benefits

In your role as Interim Head of Comp & Ben, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Comp & Ben offering is aligned with the company's business and personnel strategies and culture. You will report to the Swedish HR Director and work closely with key stakeholders. You will lead a small team of three people, and together you will ensure that rewards, compensation, and benefits function as they should.

Main duties:

• Improve and refine the global compensation and benefits framework, as well as improve the processes for these.
• Lead the annual compensation review process.
• Lead the Comp & Ben team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure first-class service.
• Ensure that all Comp & Ben offers comply with local laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Keep the Compensation Committee informed of ongoing work and changes.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have 10+ years of experience with Comp & Ben.
• You have worked with Comp & Ben at fast-growing international companies.
• You have experience of dealing with global stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• You have an excellent ability to create and maintain relationships.
• You have proven leadership skills.
• You are hands-on.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for six months, starting immediately. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client will take place in conjunction with this.
