Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Head of Business Control. You will have six directly reporting managers and will report to the Group CFO.
Main duties:
• Overall responsibility for the Business Control organization.
• Create security throughout the BC team through attentive and confident leadership.
• Ensure that BC delivers the highest quality in terms of analysis and follow-up.
• Streamline and develop processes and working methods.
• Be an active leader in the financial organization's transformation journey.
To be eligible for the role:
• Successful experience leading controllers or business control teams.
• Experience in grocery retail, retail, or other businesses with small margins.
• Experience working with transformation in large organizations.
• Experience working closely with both business operations and central support functions, including BI and data areas.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to influence different levels of the organization.
