Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Customer Service Team Leader to a company working in finance within a large international group, south of Stockholm.
Main duties
- Lead and distribute work within your group
- Personnel responsibility for your employees
- Member of the department (Operations) management team
- Responsible for outsourcing partner
- Participate in reorganization and drive change and improvements
To be eligible for the role
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role within Customer Service/Operations
- Experienced leader with responsibility for employees
- Experience in outsourcing
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Experience from an industry with regulatory requirements (preferably finance) is desirable.
- Experience in call centers is desirable
About the process
The assignment is full-time for approximately 10 months, starting in September or no later than October 1.
We will present candidates to the client during week 35, and client interviews will take place during week 36.
