Interim Group Financial Controller

As Interim Group Financial Controller, you will be part of a finance team of approximately five people. Accounting is outsourced to a third party, and you, together with the Group Accounting Manager, will ensure that the third party delivers accurate, high-quality information on time to all companies within the group. You will support the international organization in its daily challenges.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Create public quarterly and annual reports
• Contact with stakeholders, authorities, and all companies within the group
• Support in accounting, reporting, and system-related issues
• Monthly financial statements and quality assurance of internal reporting (focus on group consolidation according to IFRS)
• Responsible for internal control processes
• Monitor processes for tax and VAT reporting
• Lead and participate in ad hoc projects

To be eligible for the role:

• Had a similar role previously
• Very good knowledge of consolidation and IFRS
• Experience with publicly traded international companies
• Experience with the Big 4 in auditing, or worked as an auditor
• Self-motivated with a desire to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Academic education in economics or accounting
