Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Group Accounting Manager to a company in Gothenburg with main operations in the Nordic region.
Main duties:
- Coordinate and lead the group accounting function to ensure efficiency in deliveries and processes.

Lead, coach, and coordinate the group consisting of approximately 4 people.

Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Continuously work with and develop routines and processes relating to the group's accounting.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in group accounting and consolidation.
- Accustomed to working in fast-paced environments.
- Experienced and confident leader who is accustomed to coaching and leading a group within finance.
- Unpretentious and operationally hands-on.
- Good experience with AARO.
- Swedish and English, spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment starts in November/December, is primarily full-time but can be around 70% for the right candidate, and is expected to last for approximately 5 months. Candidate presentations will take place on 13/11. If you are available, apply as soon as possible!
