Interim Sales Manager B2B

Main duties:

• Lead and coach an international sales team of approximately 10 people.
• Create a sales-driven culture through goal setting and follow-up, both within the team and internally within the organization.
• Identify where the company can grow sales and create business plans for key customers.
• Participate in operational implementation, including through joint visits.
• To succeed in this role, you will need to be on the road most of the time.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic and operational sales work.
• A results-oriented person with a high level of self-motivation.
• Experience in building sales teams.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
• Advantage with background in the automotive industry.

About the process:
