Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Sales Manager to an exciting company in an expansive phase.

Main duties:

  • Lead and develop a sales organization in an exciting scale-up phase.
  • Coaching salespeople.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and results.
  • Actively drive and develop the sales department.
  • Possibly be involved in recruiting new salespeople.

 To be eligible for the role:

  • Experience as a sales manager, preferably from a SaaS company.
  • Experience in leading and developing a sales organization.
  • Accustomed to working and following up in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
     

About the Process:

The assignment is full-time, starting in January and initially for 3 months. Candidates will be presented to the client on an ongoing basis and no later than December 18, with interviews with the client company taking place on December 19.
