Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Finance-focused CFO to a successful real estate company.
Main duties:
- Responsible for a team of 4 people
- Lead and structure the finance function with a focus on achieving overall goals.
- Drive the development of common processes and procedures.
- Lead internal development projects.
- Responsible for administrative finances
- Contribute to related system projects
- If needed, provide support with quarterly and annual financial statements, tax issues, VAT, and tax returns.
- Responsible for budget planning
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience in personnel management
- Good IT skills
About the process:
The assignment will start in December, is full-time, and is expected to last for at least six months, with the possibility of extension. Candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be conducted shortly thereafter.
