Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a reliable and experienced Interim Finance Manager to a rapidly growing company. You will play a key role in ensuring stability, structure, and high quality in the company's finance function. The role involves broad responsibilities and close collaboration with internal stakeholders at several levels.

Main responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance function with overall responsibility for accounting and reporting
- Prepare and quality assure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Regulatory reporting and compliance assurance
- Proactive support for management and operations in financial matters
- Handle financial matters from key stakeholders
- Develop and structure processes for reporting and planning
To be eligible for the role:
- Do you have documented experience as a finance manager in companies with complex reporting requirements?.
- Do you have extensive experience with systems, including SAP?.
- Do you have a good understanding of budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups?.
- Do you have strong stakeholder management skills?.
- Do you have a self-motivated, confident, and responsible leadership style?.
- Do you have good communication skills?.
- Do you have a structured approach and high delivery precision?.
The assignment is expected to last nine months on a full-time basis.
