Interim Chief Financial Officer

In the role of interim CFO, you will independently perform and be responsible for accounting, consolidated accounting, reporting, and business control. You will participate in board meetings and work closely with the CEO in the upcoming growth journey.

Main duties:

• Ongoing accounting and consolidated financial statements.
• Monthly financial statements and board reporting.
• Financial analysis and operational support.
• Close dialogue with the CEO and support in decision-making.
• Ensure successful transition to new business system
• Review supplier invoices for the Group's three companies.
• Possibly participate in the integration of acquisitions

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience from similar assignments and/or as both a finance manager, accounting manager, and accounting consultant.
• Experience working with accounting in real estate companies.
• Knowledge of grant accounting and component depreciation.
• Experience in consolidated accounting.
• Experience with system changes. Experience with Visma.net and Fortnox is a plus.
• Knowledge of how to manage accounts when the regular person is absent.
• Strong analytical skills and good ability to make reasonable assessments.
• Excellent communication skills and experience of collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Experience in integrating an acquired company is an advantage.

The assignment covers 75-100% (according to your preference) and ideally starts on June 12. The assignment is expected to last for 9 months. Candidates will be presented to the client by June 9, and interviews with the client company will take place by June 10. There is the possibility of a few weeks' vacation.
