Interim Operations Manager

• Overall operational responsibility for a number of depots in the area.
• Manage a workforce of approximately 120 people via a number of depot managers.
• Responsible for ensuring that operations comply with regulations, rules, procedures, and policies regarding the work environment, safety, and quality
• Ensure the flow of information through various forums and forms of meetings, both internally and externally.
• Continuously work with cost efficiency and awareness, and follow established KPIs.
• Recruit new staff and ensure skills development in line with needs.
• Continuous improvements to ensure that operations are adapted to new conditions.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar self-directed operational management roles with varying staffing requirements and shift work.
• Experience in leading operational activities in direct and indirect management roles where visibility and daily presence are required.
• Confident as a manager/leader with an attentive and coaching approach, yet with clarity.
• Experience from work where you have gained a good understanding of budgets, KPIs, and monitoring of both financial and soft values
• Ability to analyze what needs to be done and can create routines and structures as well as develop local operations.

About the assignment:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The work will be carried out on site.
