Interim Operations & Maintenance Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for achieving high operational reliability and efficiency through effective maintenance, in close collaboration with production management.
• Plan, schedule, and follow up on all maintenance activities, from emergency interventions to major planned shutdowns.
• Drive the development of maintenance processes and working methods, with a focus on PULS/Lean and systematic environmental and occupational health and safety work.
• Develop employee skills, manage staffing, and act as an inspiring leader in accordance with the company's values.
• Ensure that all work complies with laws and the company's management system, and manage the budget and internal reporting for the area of responsibility.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have extensive experience of maintenance work in a production or process environment, including a significant amount of time in a managerial role.
• An educational background of at least high school level in a relevant field such as automation, mechanics, or electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead staff, build effective cross-functional collaborations, and communicate clearly.
• You are an analytical problem solver with the ability to work in a risk-based, process-oriented manner and drive development initiatives forward.
• Excellent ability to use digital tools and maintenance systems to streamline daily work.

About the process:
