Interim Operations & Maintenance Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and develop operational maintenance in close collaboration with the operations organization.
• Responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and following up on daily and long-term maintenance tasks.
• Ensure high availability, safety, and efficiency in production through proactive maintenance work.
• Drive improvement work (e.g., PULS/Lean) and develop processes within maintenance and systematic work environment efforts.
• Optimize resources, staffing, and expertise within the area of responsibility and ensure the continuous development of personnel.
• Responsible for reporting and budgeting within operational maintenance.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in a management position with personnel responsibility in maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Technical education at post-secondary level (e.g. in mechanics, electrical engineering or automation).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to create close and constructive partnerships between maintenance and operations.
• Process-oriented and risk-based leader with a strong drive to pursue continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety and quality assurance, as well as experience working with relevant digital maintenance systems.

About the process:
