Interim Digital Marketing Manager

As Interim Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the client's global digital strategy. You will be responsible for developing and managing their online presence and guiding the global digital marketing team.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Lead and be responsible for developing the Group's digital marketing strategy and platform, including website, CRM, digital content, digital marketing, SEO, social media
• Change management
• You own the strategy for online presence & digital lead generation
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes, procedures, and practices
• Create an infrastructure for lead generation, inbound marketing, and automation
• Produce and implement campaigns in close cooperation with regions
• Project manage web development, web design, UX, UI, SEO together with external parties to optimize the user experience
• Set KPIs and follow up on metrics, analyze, report, and present to management
• Coach and coordinate the global digital marketing team
• Define the group's digital roadmap, including the team
• Operational responsibility for the website, ENG versions

To be eligible for the role: 

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field 
• At least five years of experience in digital marketing
• Ability to develop web and strategy together with the agency
• Knowledge of digital analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, etc.
• Experience with marketing automation and tools; social media, SEO, SEM, lead generation, and email
• Strategic acumen – ability to understand market data and analysis and develop plans 
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Team players who enjoy working closely with others in the team
• Fluent in English

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 6 months on a full-time basis, starting immediately. The work will be carried out on site.

For the right candidate, there is the possibility of future permanent employment with the client company.
