Interim Chief Technology Officer

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for the company's technical strategy and development.
• Develop the technical vision, lead and implement the latest technology, and ensure a robust and secure infrastructure that supports the company's business objectives.
• Responsible for recruiting and managing technical teams to promote efficiency and innovation.
• Manage and improve the company's IT infrastructure to ensure that it is reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Responsible for protecting company and customer data.

To be eligible for the role:

• Most likely a degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Combination of technical expertise, team leadership skills, strategic vision, strong communication skills, and business focus to connect technology to business goals.
• Significant experience in technology management, system design, software development, and team leadership.
• Develops policies and strategies for adapting and implementing new technology, which may include digital transformation.
• Accustomed to working in fast-growing companies with a flexible and demanding corporate culture.
