Interim E-commerce & CRM-manager

Main duties:

• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform
• Design and evaluate customer experience and channel strategy
• Deliver on the e-commerce platform's set KPIs
• Increased new customer conversion and repurchase frequency

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.
• Erfaren och stark kommersiell ledare
• Experience in driving traffic and increasing conversion rates
• God analytisk förmåga och hög teknisk kompetens

• Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience
