Interim controller/accountant

Main duties:

• Financial planning and monitoring: budgeting, forecasting, analysis of financial results, profitability analyses, cost control.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reporting to management and external stakeholders, tax issues.
• Financial analysis and advice: providing decision-making support, identifying business risks, contributing to strategic planning.
• Support managers in financial matters.

To be eligible for the role:

• Higher education in economics, accounting, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in financial management, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in leadership and personnel management.
• Experience working with financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Accuracy and structure.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.
• Good system skills, especially in financial systems.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.

About the process:

The assignment is for 50%, starting immediately and expected to last for approximately 12 months.
