Interim Communications Specialist

Main duties:

• Manage external communications: Responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content on LinkedIn, the website, and to the media (including press releases).
• Responsible for internal information and platforms: Write and publish posts on the intranet, update its structure, and coordinate internal newsletters and information initiatives.
• Support management and brand: Support managers with communication materials, update presentation materials, and ensure that all communication complies with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate crisis preparedness and events: Manage crisis communication procedures and all communication before, during, and after internal events.
• Development and analysis: Follow up and analyze communication efforts (KPIs) and drive the development of guidelines and tools, including international efforts.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in communications work with similar tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English.
• Good ability to understand and convey messages, tone, and commitment in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.
• Good ability to plan, collaborate, and work in a structured and efficient manner with high quality.
• Ability to independently drive and coordinate communication tasks.
• Fluency in Norwegian and/or Finnish is a big plus, but not a requirement.

About the process:

We will present candidates on Monday, December 1, and interviews with the client company will take place on Tuesday, December 2. The assignment will start as soon as possible and continue throughout 2026, with the possibility of extension. The occupancy rate may vary but is estimated at approximately 70% over time.
