Interim Chief Information Officer

• Lead, develop, and transform:
• IT operations (develops, integrates, manages, operates, and supports).
• The IT organization (currently 16 employees, including consultants, in roles such as system managers, system coordinators, project managers, system developers/integrators, infrastructure technicians, IT technicians, and IT support technicians).
• The IT portfolio (currently approx. 50 systems/services, approx. 200 digital workplaces, and IT infrastructure).
• Own and drive the change agenda for IT/digitalization within the framework of the company's transition work, which focuses on reducing complexity and increasing the degree of standardization.
• Position in company management and in the steering group for the company's transition work. Reports to the CEO.
• Close collaboration with various management functions, stakeholders, and internal/external expertise.
• Combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility, working closely with colleagues in the IT department in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Balance development, transition, and decommissioning with ongoing operations and delivery.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness, structure, and stability in an ongoing transition.

• You have extensive experience in IT management, most likely in roles such as CIO or equivalent.
• Do you have experience of commercial operations where IT has played a decisive role in success?.
• Do you have documented successful experience of change management in organizations undergoing transition?.
• Do you have experience of both large organizations (for weight) and small/medium-sized companies (for operational proximity)?.
• You feel confident in driving both strategy and stakeholder management as well as tactics and operational issues close to the business, the IT portfolio, and employees.
• You have the ability to exercise both direct and indirect leadership and create security in turbulent situations.

The assignment is expected to last for 12 months on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.
