Interim Chief Information Security Officer

Main responsibilities and areas of work;

• Develop and maintain an effective information security architectural approach, ensuring that the approach is implemented in accordance with appropriate standards
• Lead information security and enterprise risk management activities that evaluate and prioritize business risks based on business capability exposure
• Engage with partners in the industry, law enforcement, and threat intelligence vendors to share and exchange standard methodologies and relevant information.
• Define metrics and KPIs and set information security goals and objectives consistent with the organization's business needs, objectives, and strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership on the direction of our cybersecurity operations capability and business leadership during major security incidents and issues
• Maintain a balance between security control compliance and usability
• Raise information security awareness among management, employees, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and awareness program and continuously upgrade it.

To be eligible for the role;

• 5+ years of experience in the Information Security field of work, preferably within Telco or the SaaS industry
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• CCISO, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant Information Security certifications
• Expert skills working with ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in working with risk assessments and have the capability to translate risk into business & technology terms, taking the language of risk and embedding it into a group-wide culture of security best practice
• Strong experience in information security management, information management, information systems, and/or enterprise risk management
• Experience from working closely with Product Management and individual software development teams
• Experience working with C-level executives on matters regarding security threats and incidents
• Experience working in a global and multinational environment
• Fluent verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English

The duration of the assignment is set to last for approximately 6–9 months, the assignment is full time, and the start date is expected during the first half of June.
