Interim Head of Installation

Main duties:

• Lead and develop a department of five direct reports with several partners around the country.
• Recruitment to increase capacity in the business
• Work on continuous improvements in the quality of work
• Change management to promote a culture of development

To be eligible for the role:

• Experienced and confident leader with the ability to drive change and development
• Previously completed similar assignments
• Background from installation work
• Meritorious with a background in industrial engineering or service organizations
• The assignment requires high availability with travel up to 50% of the time.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last for approximately 6-12 months.
