Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CFO to a group of companies with a turnover of billions, based in Oslo.
Main duties
- Overall responsibility for the company's finances
- Personnel responsibility for the department of 5 people
- Reports to the CEO
- Consolidation of the various companies within the group
- Reporting to owners (PE companies)
- Develop processes and procedures
- Participate in acquisitions
Who we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience as a CFO in Norway
- Experience with Norwegian accounting and laws
- Experience in M&A
- Experience of collaboration and reporting to PE companies
- Experience in process development and reporting
- Experience of internationalization
About the process:
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last for 6-9 months, with the possibility of extension. The work will mainly be carried out on site at the office in Oslo.
