Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim CFO to a rapidly expanding company with a turnover of approximately SEK 230 million and 70 employees. As the company operates throughout Sweden and has offices in Stockholm, Arboga, and Örebro, there is flexibility in terms of location. The assignment will cover a vacancy during a recruitment period and handover to a permanent CFO in Q1 2023.
Main responsibilities:;
- Close collaboration and active support for the current CFO by taking on some of their regular duties.
- Overall responsibility for the company's finances, budget, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure an effective reporting structure and report to management, the board, and owners.
- In the long term, direct reporting to the CEO and personnel responsibility.
To be eligible for the role;
- Several years of experience as CFO
Work experience from industrial manufacturing companies in an international context. - Experienced in project reporting with an understanding of how to run projects in business, service, and aftermarket.
- Hands-on profile with the ability to shift between strategic and operational focus.
- Relevant academic degree.
- Experience with JEEVES ERP business systems.
- Experience with 3PL solutions is a plus.
About the process;
