Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

• Be part of the management team
• Overall responsibility and leadership, including a number of direct reports
• Reporting of monthly accounts, liquidity forecasts, and budgets
• Specify, drive, and participate in various efficiency improvement projects and change processes
• Operational, proactive, and strategic work and leadership

To stay up to date:

• Many years of experience as CFO or equivalent in medium-sized companies
• Confident as a leader and manager
• You work quickly and smoothly, hands-on, operationally, and strategically.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and changing environment, in close collaboration with the CEO
• You are communicative, inclusive, supportive, and unpretentious, with a high level of integrity.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last approximately 7 months, starting as soon as possible. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in conjunction with this.
