Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

• Financial management and consolidated accounts: Ensure accurate reporting and create reliable forecasts and analyses for strategic decision-making at both group level and in subsidiaries. Prepare quarterly reports for shareholders.
• Financial integration of acquisitions and establishment of reporting structures: Harmonize and optimize accounting and financial management processes for all subsidiaries.
• M&A processes and DD for each acquisition: Responsible for financial due diligence, preparing financial decision-making documentation, and analyzing synergy potential in acquisitions.
• Cost control, purchasing strategy, and margin optimization: Develop analytics and BI to capitalize on consolidation opportunities and achieve economies of scale.
• Financing and capital structuring (capital raising): Work with banks, investors, and financial advisors to ensure a stable capital structure. Develop strategies for risk management and capital allocation.
• Management team work: Act as strategic advisor to the CEO and board on financial matters. Build and develop a strong finance team that supports the group's growth.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5-7 years of experience as, for example, a business controller in industrial operations or as a CFO in a growth company
• Experience from growth companies or entrepreneur-driven businesses
• Knowledge of cash flow analysis and capital structuring
• Experience working with acquisitions or capital raising
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically
• Academic degree in Economics
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Flexible to travel any day of the week

The assignment is full-time, starting at the end of Q1 2026, and is expected to last for six months, with the aim of transitioning to employment with the client company.
