Main duties:
- Ensure sound financial structure and reporting.
- Establish a legal entity abroad.
- Responsible for legal reporting and operational analysis to the board of directors.
- Define the CFO role.
- Coach and develop the current CFO.
To be eligible for the role:
- Strong accounting skills.
- Experience in establishing legal entities abroad.
- Educational and coaching.
- Orderly and structured.
- Solution-oriented.
- Experience from international operations.
- Strongly preferred with B2C experience.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately or as agreed, and is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
