Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for the company's finance function, including controlling, accounting, purchasing, and reporting
• Lead and develop the finance team of approximately 20 employees and 3 direct reports
• Speaker at board meetings

To be eligible for the role, you should have:

• Solid experience as CFO in a similar size and context
• You are an experienced and confident leader
• Good understanding of financial management, accounting, and reporting
• Experience with subsidiary structures/consolidated accounting

About the process:

The assignment is expected to start on April 7, 2025, and last for approximately six months.

We will present candidates to the client on February 19, and interviews with the client will take place on an ongoing basis thereafter.
