Interim Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

• Owning and driving the company vision and strategy.
• Having a clear view of where we are and what our product is in 6/12/18 months.
• Making sure that all different areas of the company see the vision and execute in the same direction.
• Set and follow up that we are delivering on targets and are always progressing towards our vision.
• Act as a sparring partner for the entire team.
• Step in to lead meetings and sell the company to different external stakeholders, such as buyers, vendors, potential employees, partnerships, etc.
• Ensure that we always thrive further, dare to dream bigger, and work the extra mile.
• Coach and coordinate the management team and ensure that everyone has the right resources to succeed.
• Drive the management team's work.
• Prepare and drive the board work.
• Investor relations, including investor updates.
• Lead and manage the business analyst and his work.
• Be the mastermind who challenges everyone.
• You are the mail seller within the company and you get along with others.
• Act as a business analyst.

Qualifications:

• Experience from business with B2B marketplace.
• Experience from working with start-ups and having an entrepreneurial background.
• Experience from a similar role as CEO.
• Academic degree in a relevant field.

The process:

The assignment is expected to start in April and will last for 12 months. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews are held in connection with this.
