Interim Construction Manager

Main duties:

• Responsible for construction management of new establishments and renovations of existing restaurants
• Supervise subcontractors in projects
• Hold construction meetings
• Manage the construction process from start to finish, from project inception to completion
• Responsible for scheduling and delivery of turnkey projects
• Responsible for delivery within the set budget

To be current from the role:

• Experience in construction management of retail stores or fast food chain restaurants
• At least 25 completed construction projects
• Flexible and communicative with the ability to manage many points of contact, both internally and externally
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of Norwegian or other Nordic languages is an advantage

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting in February 2026, and is expected to last for six months, with the possibility of extension.
