Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Controller to a Swedish company with approximately 150 employees working globally. The company's CFO is leaving the company, and while they are searching for a permanent CFO, they are hiring a Business Controller who will work closely with the CEO and support other business managers.
Main duties:
- Generate report packages and create decision-making documentation for the business
- General controlling
- Support the organization with calculations and statistics on core activities
- Some analysis of financial statements and KPIs
- Transfer pricing
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Controller or Finance Manager/CFO
- Relevant academic education
- Completely fluent in English
- Experience working with Business Central and Power BI (not a requirement)
About the process:
The assignment will start no later than the beginning of April and will last for at least six months.
