Interim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en interim Business Controller till internationell verksamhet inom telecom med placering i Stockholm med flera miljarder i omsättning.
Som Interim Business Controller kommer att vara CFOs högra hand i transformationsresan av finansavdelningen. Du arbetar självständigt, har djup förståelse att analysera resultat och balansräkning och van att pedagogiskt och exakt presentera för ledningsgrupp.
Main duties:
- Quality-assured economic analysis.
- Financial forecasts and reporting to the board.
- Financial planning and follow-up.
- Drive business development work and process development.
- Participate in strategic discussions and contribute financial expertise.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of work experience as a Business Controller in a consulting role and as an employee.
- Experience working in companies owned by PE firms, ideally during transformation
- Self-motivated and analytically skilled.
- Participating in major transformations.
- High level of understanding in interpreting results and balance sheets from start to finish.
- Good system skills and knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- The organization is accustomed to working remotely, and travel is required.
