Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Business Controller to a manufacturing company with a turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion.
Main duties:;
- Budget, forecasting, analysis, follow-up, providing supporting data, supporting management
- Drive change management, develop KPIs, other financial and economic analysis
- Developing and streamlining processes and procedures in your area, inIdentify and, if necessary, implement improvement measures
- Reports to the CFO
To be eligible for the role;
- Several years of experience as a Business Controller in manufacturing company, industry plays a lesser role
- Ability to work at a strategic and operational level
- You will have many points of contact within the organization and need to be driven, forward-thinking, independent, and communicative.
- Regular user of Excel. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Master of Science in Economics or equivalent
About the process;
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months. The assignment will start in mid-June.
